The second groups of training mission (TM2): Professional didactics, activity analysis and personal motivation in TVET
Prepared, delivered and hosted by TUB & EVBB, this training mission will cover the following questions:
What precise skills are needed for each job? How do you formulate relevant training objectives in TVET point of view? What are the differences in objectives and aims between teaching in a general course and in TVET training? Between knowledge approach, skill approach and “capabilities” approach, and pedagogical aspects of TVET. The main issues addressed are trainer’s internal and external motivations, trainer’s relations with knowledge and with training as well as “training by apprenticeship” specificities
