the direct and indirect aim

The direct goal: to develop vocational training project in Agriculture field, which are short training courses (30-50) hours, by a group of Agriculture Faculties 

The indirect goal: building the capabilities of colleagues working in Palestinian universities to develop training programs and have a specificity that differs from all higher education programs at all levels 

How to develop

A: Analysis The analysis is at two levels, the upper level to determine the topics that will be worked on and the lower level when determining a specific topic and then carrying out an analysis of this topic 

D: Design: Matrix has been prepared for this step, and it is the most accurate step that, if it is filled in correctly, then this stage has been completed and it will facilitate the work of the next phase, which is development 

D: Development: reaching this stage means working on the last columns of the form, which are Content, training methodology, assessment, k.s.at and it is considered the longest stage
