 12-16 April for 4 full days it is about Instructional design blended and digital learning and it is included the following universities : PTUK , PPU,ANNU,AQU, UCAS, AAUP  and the following ministries: The Ministry of Education and Higher Education, Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Ministry of Labor and the  two universities who shared their experiences  : Medlink and Technical University of Berlin .

experts present their experiences in the instructional design: digital and blended learning. Prof. Dr. Khaldoun Zreik from Paris 8 university, his topic is about: Analysis and synthesis,
(techno-centric and anthropocentric) of a lived experience of an accelerated digital transition with a view to developing some educational perspectives.
Prof. Dr. Olivier Las Vergnas from Paris Nanterre University, his topic is: the Reference systems and training courses set up at the universities of Lille and Nanterre concerning multimedia pedagogical engineering
